    This apartment also possesses a small peaceful balcony with a view over the mountains.  There is a ski and mountain bike lock-up available in the basement as well as a covered parking place. 


    Underground parking 100m away is available for a second car if required. It is not necessary to use your car to get around Morzine. 


    There is an automatic laundrette 20m from the apartment and in the apartment itself there is an ron and ironing board at your disposal.

    As this accommodation is ideally situated in the centre of the village, you will be close to all of the facilities offered by MORZINE:  Ecole de Ski (Ski School) and kindergarten 300m away, l’Outa crèche for very little children 500m away, shops nearby, supermarket 200m away.

    The Palais des Sports (indoor winter sports/ice rink). Centre Nautique (Olympic swimming pool) and Espace Nature les Dérêches (the Parc de Dérêches, a wooded footpath in a natural environment along the banks of the Dranse) are asily accessible by foot (a five minute walk).

You are guaranteed a pleasant mountain holiday, with accommodation in a duplex apartment (approx. 56m2).  Furnished in an authentic, charming mountain style, a warm welcome awaits you.  On the first floor is the main room, with a fully equipped open kitchen (dish washer, microwave oven, coffee machine and electric kettle).  There is a dining area with a view overlooking the mountains of Super Morzine.  In the lounge area there is a bed-settee (sleeps 2) and television plus a bathroom.

 

Upstairs there is one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds and a separate shower room. Additionally, there is a mezzanine available which includes a bed (with pullout drawer base) that accommodates two people, a flat screen TV, DVD player, as well as an open area ideal for children and adults.
